William Hughes is a management consultant and trainer with nearly forty years of professional experience. For ten years, he was Director of Training and Development for a large Washington, DC organization. He ran his own management consulting firm for twenty years. He has been an international management consultant, working in Turkey, Ethiopia and Malaysia. He was also an associate professor of management at the University of Malaysia. After much research, Mr. Hughes developed the Track System in 1987. Since that time, he has validated the concept and the instruments in a wide variety of organizations in the US and overseas through his courses in management and career development. |
