This publication is only sold online and is available only at our website. Special Issues contain 5 - 6 pages. This quarterly newsletter is available either in a print version or an email version. Either version can be purchased securely right from this website. Currently, all sales are handled through Paypal, but you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to make a purchase. You may use your credit card through Paypal without having to setup a Paypal account. There are no fees for using Paypal. There are no shipping fees for the email version. A shipping fee of $1.50 has been included in the price of the printed version. This publication is sent on demand. That is, it is either mailed first class mail via USPS or emailed directly to you no later than the next day. You do not need to subscribe as each issue requires that you purchase it individually.
